I took the day off Fri 6/1/18 so I could go to the Mixt Grand Opening day to get a swag bag.
Once we got in you can either be in the salad area or mains area. I picked Brooklyn salad which has steelhead fish w/ everything bagel spice, asparagus, peas, cherry tomatoes, sunflower sprouts, radishes, creamy dill dressing $14.95. The fish is a small palm-size portion, and they give you a Gigantic amount of greens, tiny amount of asparagus, tomatoes. Dressing you can ask for small, medium, large amount of it. I asked for medium and thought it was still pretty light amount. I liked the fish, just wish it was larger amount. Rest of salad was just ok for me.
I think the market plate might be a better deal because you can get protein, sauce, and 2 sides. Portions are small though. $10.95-$14.95.
They have a large bright dining room, and a small, darker salad lounge in another room. I think next week they’ll have wine, beer, and Kombucha.
