So has anyone been following the news from the Salty’s Lobster Truck Facebook page? Middleton is apparently revamping the entire lot and turning it into an area for food trucks with extra tables, bathrooms - and multiple food trucks. In addition to Salty’s they’ve announced a stone oven pizza truck, a burger joint, and a “Chicken and Pig” place. More are incoming. Salty’s alone was enough to have me going but these new additions are pretty exciting. Hopefully there won’t be too much problems with parking.

I have been watching the updates. Sounds very promising.
And now the non lobster eaters can join the rest of the clan.
