Michelin-Rated Street Food in Macau... Road trip for the cognoscenti?

Great to read this, since I’m going to visit Macau this summer, will try these fantastic food and report back.

I wonder why street food is not as lively in developed countries? Hygiene rules?

Lord Stow’s Bakery is certainly worth that short trip out to the sedate, little Coloane Village.

I had an all too brief day trip there 3 years ago, and I got gypped of my Lord Stowe egg tarts. I’m heading back to Hong Kong this fall and I might just have to convince my sister to head back.
