I’m looking forward to this series! I love the comment about proving that we shouldn’t eat gluten…this should be an interesting watch.

I am so excited by everything Michael Pollan does. It’s such an important message and one so many people have lost connection with. Even among many of my friends, when I bring up topics like this, they just clam up and have nothing to say - like it’s never occurred to them to actually think about the source of their food.
