I have liked their food truck food, so I am intrigued by the container. They have created a completely new menu based on the limitations of the container. Using ingredients from local farm (95% of them), they serve bowls that are named after farms, creameries like the Four Star, Narragansett, the Piggery, Hei Wa.
Any one tried? I wonder how they can sustain the 95% local farm ingredient during the winter.
