Somewhere, in an event hall in NY these chefs were introduced and interviewed before an audience. I only caught part of it on tv but what I saw was very interesting.
I’m embarassed I’ve yet to dine at Raf’s or The Musket Room. I had no idea they were run by women. Making reservations today,
I am really proud of this list and it makes me quite happy, as I am an investor in one of them, and know the chef personally at another one.

Congratulations! Do you happen to know if there is outside seating at either? Couldn’t find anything online. And I know those nolita sidewalks are narrow. Did see a garden at one but assume you’d have to walk through the dining space. Thinking of bringing the pooch for brunch. (Not a dealbreaker; will just leave the pug home.)
