Anyone getting some **burrp** Szechuan Sauce at Mc**belch**Donald’s on Saturday?
At first I didn’t realize this was a one-day only thing on October 7, starting at 2 pm and just at certain McD’s.
Coincidentally we just watched the movie The Founder last night, based on the story of Ray Kroc and the McDonald brothers. One of the things that stood out was that McDonald brothers, and then Kroc, were rigorous about keeping to a streamlined menu. Part of their formula for success.
BTW, The Founder was a great movie to watch — probably after you go get buttermilk chicken tenders (which, with or without sauce, would not have been on an original McD’s menu).
