McDonald's in General

That’s a good tip!

ETA: it looks like Popeye’s fried flounder sandwich is $5.99 by me, but it looks twice as big and delicious as McDonald’s.

Only ~1100 kcal and 2g of salt - glad we get new prospective patients for a few upcoming CVD clinical studies

I was actually hoping for more calories.

More salt is always a good thing in a my book.

Someone gave me a Big Arch meal last night. I couldn’t finish the burger. It wasn’t ‘bad’ but it was a little flat tasting-- mostly rich from the extra cheese. The new sauce is a little muted in context-- nice by itself. The onion petals add a nice crunch. It misses the tang that the Big Mac has and that cuts through the richness to provide a slightly tantalizing contrast of flavor. A solid counterpoint to the Big Mac, I guess. My ‘benefactor’ told me that the large meal was about $17.

Yikes. I can get a fab double bacon cheeseburger with TPSTO fries at a local resto for $7.50 (their popular weekday lunch deal), which likely surpasses this meal in quality.

Worth it if you can get the timing just right..

I stopped by McDs last week for a FoF. Ordering with no cheese ensures that ita made fresh, but it was greasy.

Fries were cold and tasteless.

I ended up wondering why I bothered.

the line in the sand is 10:30 am in many American States, 11 am in most parts of Canada.

Could source the hashbrown at a Cdn A & W, which has an all day breakfast.
