Even when he was doing silly jokes on his cooking show back in the day, I always thought of Martin Yan as a class act and a master at his craft.

I admit, being Canadian, I only was familiar with Stephen Yan and his Canadian cooking shows (which had some silliness, as well, which I loved) until a year ago!
The 2 chefs aren’t related!

Not sure if you can view these, but his latest series is pretty neat, wandering around China and letting Chinese chefs make the regional dishes.
Then he cooks.
