Friends who are visiting from Montreal area are fans of Milos wanted to visit the Toronto location. Thanks to the feedback from @DrJohn I steered them away and we went to Mamakas instead. Very pleased with the results and a lot easier on the wallet (relatively speaking). A lot of items are almost identical to their prixe fix menu for the brunch so am quite familiar.
Salad, dip, olives and meat ball starters hit the spot.
Mains included octopus, lamb chops and chicken with a side of greens and potato wedges. I chose the wine pairing as well decent for what you pay I guess. This is a decent amount of food for what one pays and we got to try a bunch of items.
I wish we had another person in tow so we could have gotten the spanakopida (very filling) and whole fish main.
