Making, baking and freezing cinnamon rolls

Snow is coming today so I must bake!

I’m making cinnamon rolls and the plan is to slice the rolls and lay them on a cookie sheet to freeze individually. Then vacuum seal them in packs of two which is how many I would want to bake fresh.

However, I want to bake some tomorrow morning and I’m not sure what to do with those. If I put them in a pan and put the pan in the fridge will they rise overnight? I’m thinking they may rise a little. I would like to just take them out of the fridge in the morning, let them rise in the pan and then bake. Not sure if that will work.

Yes, a yeast bread will rise slowly overnight refrigerated.

Your plan will work. However, I have tried this on numerous occasions & find that the rolls are always better when you rise & bake without the freeze in the middle. I’m not sure how Pillsbury does it…
