First dinner was at Fismuler, and it was top notch.
Place was hopping at 8:30 on a Tuesday night ,I was worried I’d be the only person there

Started with the leek and truffled mortadella tatin, best leeks and leek dish I’ve ever had.
Next was the famous,or infamous, escalope San Roman which is prepared table side. I tried to film the preparation, but something glitched out and it was boshed


I’m glad I saved room for dessert because the cheesecake was delicious! Like no other cheesecake I’ve had before, runny, semi sweet, semi funky in the best cheesy way.
I washed it down with a couple of glasses of Valmiñor (?) white wine.
All in all a super delicious dinner, excellent service and a bustling atmosphere. Would recommend
