After spending the afternoon at the Museo National de Prado , most excellent and only about a 40 minute wait to get in, and a much needed siesta, I headed over to the newly opened Pizza Pronto at the suggestion of Maribel. Got there just after they opened for the evening, bit of a line up but it moved quickly. The team in the kitchen were pumping out pizza like there was no tomorrow. Tons of takeout and dine in, hardly noticed the wait for the pie.
I got the mortadella, fior di latte, pesto de pistachio, espuma de Parmesan, burrata and rúcula.

and I washed it down with a cold Estrella. What an absolute gold mine they have with the bakery and now this pizza joint.Bravo to them. If I lived here, I’d visit often, and the nearby park surrounded by restaurants is very cool
Dessert was an overpriced “ice cream “ from a shop near the hotel, hit the spot.
