I will be going to Montreal for my university homecoming next week and I have my bases covered for the two nights I will eating out at dinner time. However I could use some lunch recommendations. One of my days in town I will be walking from my hotel near Sherbrooke and Guy and ending at the Bonsecours Market in Old Montreal. I would like to stop for a lunch break somewhere along the way and I was wondering if anyone knows of any cafés or bakeries in that general area?
I will also be spending a day shopping along Ste. Catherine starting at Guy and ending at McGill College. Can anyone recommend somewhere to stop for lunch?
I would prefer a light lunch like a coffee shop, bakery or diner type place since I will be saving my appetite for dinner
