You may want to Check on their Brunch Menu to see if they have reinstated it.
Last I knew there was only counter service as well

I don’t know how the Thai Buddhist temple at 1911 Russell is handling Covid, but for a few decades they’ve done Sunday brunch from 10-1. Worth going to.
