Unsurprisingly, both the Lowell Summer Music Series and the Folk Festival have been cancelled. They are asking for donations to help fund the costs of organizing for 2020 and 2021. Maybe consider donating what you think you’d have spent at the ethnic food stands?
I don’t know any specifics, but Lowell not being a wealthy town, it’s likely that a high proportion of its restaurants won’t survive this terrible year.
