Lots of cooked summer veg to use up !

Looks like mine! Used with the box oven and we’re good to go for a feast!

Several times in Rome, I enjoyed well-cooked summer veg at room temp with a healthy squirt of vinegar or lemon juice as part of an antipasti table. So much so that I filled up on it and couldn’t really get I to the main course.

Now I often have leftover cooked veg for breakfast.
