I noticed this food truck today at 22nd and Mission in SF, but it was apparently before they were ready to open for business.
What caught my eye (besides the over-the-top Dragon Ball Z theme of the truck) was that the top of the truck apparently says something like “comida de Chiapas,” as you can kind of see in this photo on Yelp: https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/los-saiyajines-san-jose?select=LfCAVpBv9G4J43h3DDpcyA
Has anyone tried it? I don’t think I’ve ever seen regional cooking from Chiapas in SF. It was not fully clear whether the menu on the side of the truck is what they currently are cooking (it sort of looked like it was in the process of being covered up/painted over), but if it is, I couldn’t figure out if any of it was Chiapas-specific (it looked like mostly standard SF taqueria fare).
