My gf picked up a few things from the new Jewish bakery Loquat, from the owners of Four Barrel, in Hayes Valley. We had a poppyseed babka, potato baharat boureka, and a ricotta sage boureka. I’m a babka fan and this one was good. I don’t know much about boureka but I liked the ricotta sage boureka better than the potato but both were well made.
