Hi there: I got a big beef heart from my FarmFoods meat mail order service. I want to use part of it to make Peruvian anticuchos, which requires aji panca paste.
Does anybody know where I can get this in south bay or lower peninsula? Thanks in advance.
I don’t know, but I have some (I’m sort of northeast bay) and it seems like it ought to be easier than getting a big beef heart! Do you a Mexican market nearby? Be sure to check frozen section. Goya and Inca make it.
