I haven’t been able to find a good dish of Cantonese Crabs, or Crabs In Black Bean Sauce in Chinatown in years. Can anyone recommend a place?
I’m not sure, though I would tend to think your best bets would probably be Hong Kong Cafe or perhaps Congee Village, and maybe Fuleen (which I haven’t been to). But have you tried any places so far? You also might have better luck in Flushing, if that’s an option.
Thanks I haven’t tried them but will see if they have them on the menu. I know Hop Kee does and Wo Hop. Wo Hop went so downhill years ago I would never go back.
Confirming that crab (and lobster) at Cafe Hong Kong is outstanding.
