[London] Palak dosa at Saravanaa Bhavan, Ilford

An interesting dosa variant I’d not had before: palak dosa at Saravanaa Bhavan in Ilford. Photo here.

The balance of spinach to dosa batter was just right, and the flavour was good. The dosa was somewhat soggy though. I imagine this is hard to avoid with a watery vegetable like spinach, but I wonder if anyone has had this type of dosa anywhere else that managed the texture better?
