A wonderful Chinese restaurant in Pimlico which is actually not very Hunanese.
The fun is, on arrival, you are asked if there is anything you prefer not to eat and then soon afterwards, little plate after little plate arrive until you beg them to stop.
Soup served in bamboo (actually Hunanese), a single soup dumpling, pork in soy served in an open bun, lamb with celery, I did not take notes but the list goes on. I should think we had about 14 courses.
A wonderful wine list and a good high-end dining experience.
