I recently took a pasta class at the Divertimenti school near Harrod’s, and I can highly recommend it. Of course, the classes are taught by different chefs, and we were very lucky to have Ben Tish of the Salt Yard
Group as our instructor. The school has a brand-new kitchen with state of the art equipment, and all 7 of us had a great time. Besides learning how to make the pasta and use the machines, we also
made three sauces to go with the different-shaped pastas. So if you’re looking for some fun or need a gift for the holidays, keep Divertimenti in mind. I was not paid to write this.
