Because I’ve been one of the vocal ones bemoaning the lack of activity on the regional boards, I thought I should post about our trip up to Rockport yesterday. We couldn’t have picked a better day for our trip to the Lobster Pool for the season. We were pleasantly surprised that it was open (and all the packies were open, too). We got there on the early side, just afternoon and enjoyed lobster rolls (on the small side but only $20) at one of the outdoor tables. Spring onion enjoyed his hotdog. We walked off lunch at Halibut Point which was surprisingly not full. Great way to celebrate “real” school starting for Spring Onion today!
