Lobster Mac n cheese is good, as are soft scrambled eggs with cream and lobster. Maybe lobster on greens with vinaigrette. Wonderful dilemma to have! Lobster cakes might be interesting as well, or baked into savory madeleines.

Lobster Mac n cheese a French inspired classic I first discovered at a restaurant in Providence, Rhodesia Island US. Will have to find my recipe but it’s artery clogging and exceptional comfort food for cold weather.
