Does anyone have some non-touristy restaurant recommendations for Livorno, Lucca, Pisa, Etruscan coast area? Taking a last minute trip tomorrow.
Long shot, I know. Any tips would be appreciated. Otherwise I’ll just go with the Slow Food guide’s recommendations…

You are welcome. Enjoy.
If you have time, there are several ferries which travel to a variety of the surrounding islets & islands.
Lucca: This is quite an upscale dining city with several Michelin starred Chefs and lots of bars. The Butterfly is quite unique and has an enchanting ambiance.
