Today I bought a container of Lidl house brand whole milk Greek yogurt. I eat a lot of yogurt and my go-to’s are running me about $6 for 24 Oz, so I was curious if I could find a less expensive choice that didn’t disappoint me.
The 32 Oz container was $4 and had less sugar (no added) and more protein (this is key) than my go-to “Greek Gods” brand. It also had just two ingredients; the GG had three (includes pectin.) I did a side-by-side taste test as well, and was not at all disappointed in taste or texture.
Pretty psyched about this. The Lidl is right next to my gym so I’m there like five times a week. The savings is easily worth running in for just one item.
