[Las Vegas] The Magic Noodle

Originally we were to get some sourdough bread from Atelier-T55 for the drive from Vegas to Williams, AZ. T55 sold out of their bread early afternoon, so I went next door and got some hand pulled noodle from The Magic Noodle to go.

I was a bit amused that it was a young senor who was pulling the noodle at a Sichuan joint. But he did it right. Noodles came out well. Good for him willing to be an apprentice.

Keep in mind the drive was 3.5 hours long. We ate everything cold at the hotel dining hall, which wasn’t serving food but had tables for us to use. Food was pretty solid, even after 4 hours.
