Looking for a delicious lunch for two that won’t break the bank? Look no further than La Piñata Taqueria food truck in Vallejo. Their Suadero tacos, priced at just $2.50 each, are a must-try. Made with succulent meat from a thin cut of beef between the belly and the leg, these tacos are packed with delicious, beefy flavor that rivals even the best carnitas. Two of these generously sized tacos will make for a satisfying and filling lunch, and if you’re like me and can’t resist extra chips, the total comes out to around $11. Overall, La Piñata offers incredible value for your money and is hands down the best taco truck in Vallejo. The only downside is that they’re not open on weekends.

Thx for the heads up - I sent this to our friends in Vallejo who live on the other side of Hwy 80, just a short drive away. A shame it’s not there on weekends, but our friends work from home a few days a week and might be able to try them out.
