We went o La Datcha the other night at your recommendation and really enjoyed it - thanks. The daurade entree was delicicious. The pithiviers didn’t work quite as well. the parts didn’t stay together and it was too salty for my taste but it is a very ambitious dish to make. We sampled all 3 desserts and they were delicious, The ambiance is quite nice. I would go back but would order a different main.

I am glad you are back in Paris. I added La Datcha and Erso to our list for next Spring. Keep on dining !
