This popular curry laksa noodle spot is a must-visit if one’s in Kuantan, the gateway city to Club Med in Cherating on the Malaysian East Coast. Hoi Yin’s curry noodles have a flavoursome, fairly spicy gravy, topped with very well-poached chicken, fishballs, fishcake slivers, potatoes and tofu puffs, which complement the noodles beautifully.
