I’m not familiar with this chicken. Have any of you tried it? Sounds intense!

I haven’t tried Kethel’s, but I’ve tried Keralan fried chicken / Malabar fried chicken at a Keralan restaurant in Toronto and it’s delicious.

I shall have to check out the local offerings. We have a large community down in Ft. Bend County, I think, but scattered all over.
Pakistani fried chicken - Check!, Palestinian fried chicken - Check! Definitely need to catch up here.
