I want to give a shout out to the local butchers here in Keeseville NY. Absolutely amazing free range poultry, eggs, beef and pork. They have a large variety of cuts and are really helpful and knowledgeable. I understand most of the animals are raised on their own farm and fed grass and non-GMO feed.
They also have condiments like chile crunch and zhoug, ramen and pho broth and noodles. I also love their pates and sausages.
Just got a pork merguez, which to me is interesting because this style is typically made with lamb. Looking forward to making a stew with Rancho Gordo Beans from Napa tonight.
