Jouvence in the 12th is a reliable spot for traditional cuisine at moderate prices. My report on lunch there is here.
We enjoyed Jouvence as well a few years ago. We stayed near the Gare de Lyon in anticipation of a trip to Lyon and Jounce was on the usually reliable Bib Gourmand list. I made a mistake in ordering without reading the full dish description, but it was a fine meal, marred only by dull knives. See here

Thanks for the review, we’ve been to Jouvence every time we’ve gone to Paris with my gf and had a great time every time (they were open during the Olympics which was nice too).
Will probably go again when we do a quick Parisian weekend in November!
