I tried the Largo FL location sone time ago.

I was greatly underwhelmed.

I had Jollibee many years ago (somebody brought some stuff to a pool party) but still remember how awful the chicken sandwich and filipino spaghetti were even for fast food standards

Agree, there’s one not too far from me and I was underwhelmed as well. I gave it 2 tries, that’s enough.

Congratulations.

Now you can enjoy sweet overcooked spaghetti like everyone else in the country.

AFAIK, it’s not an east coast thing (?). Is there a specific theme to this place, or just random foods?

Filipino favorites, like the spaghetti in catsup with hot dogs. If your city doesn’t have a large Filipino community like we do in T.O, I doubt they’ll open there.

There are a lot of great places to eat in the Philippines. Jollibee, however, is not one of them.

For a quick pork fat/msg/carb fest that is worth it, try Buddy’s pancit lucban.

Oh, interesting. I never would’ve guessed from the name. I had The Best Lumpia ever made by Filipinos back in my yout,’ and only recently got to try more Filipino dishes at Tabachoy in Philly.

Our town only opens more fried chicken and pizza places on the regular.

Jolliebee is like drunk food that makes you not want to get drunk.

There was a Jollibee in Eagle Rock, back when I lived in SoCal. I kept meaning to go but never got around to it.

I’m curious about the chicken.

As for the rest of the cuisine, I <3 me some tocino or sissig w garlic rice, maybe a fried egg, and lumpia are some of the best snacking form of egg roll ever invented.

I don’t suppose Jollibee does meals “boodle fight” style?

I had the fried chicken twice, very mid range and not worth the calories. YMMV
