Another MYSTERY VEGETABLE we saw at the market:

This one looks like Toona / Toon / Tooni (also eaten in Northeast India, which borders China).

ETA: I remembered a couple of mentions of it here: someone growing it and a dish at a nyc restaurant (where it’s called cedar)
