Jello ice cream

This is intriguing. The first try flopped so this links to his second attempt. If there are more videos on this recipe, I am not finding them. I would have bloomed the jello in a half cup of cold milk, then added the hot, in hopes of avoiding the curdling, in case lemon wasn’t the cause.
