For the quality, value, flexibility and choices, J-San is still at or near the top of my go-to casual Japanese eatery list.
Tonight’s bowl of Chirashi, with super-fresh toppings of Salmon Belly, Hamachi, Kampachi, Botan Ebi, Hokkaido Scallops, BC Uni and Ikura was less than $40!..No bad! Not bad at all!
