many of these are long term favorites - what do you think of the source of this compiliation?
I don’t know them well, but they seem authentic because Italian. I follow a few restaurants on instagram and this is how I found out (through Ai Due Platani at #29). I did see some well known board favourites indeed, e.g. in Rome.
In New York City they only have Rezdora and Osteria 57 on their list of best Italian restaurants outside of Italy. Would that be a fair assessment?
