Oooo! Which Island is that? I don’t travel there much anymore, but that is where much of my family is from.
Well actually its more than a single island but they get grouped into the French West Indies - St Martin, St Barth and Guadeloupe are my focus. French influenced Caribbean food is just so good. I’m always looking for the best accras de morue with sauce vierge I can find or some smokey grilled travers or any dish done colombo. You can also find some pretty fancy french cooking too.
