Whenever I try to make a reservation via Resy it doesn’t work. Either it tells me I’m using the wrong email or it won’t accept my credit card. And when I use Resy it”s because it’s the restaurant’s reservation app. I’m currently trying to make a reservation at The Grey in Savannah. I’ve been trying for four days. Resy doesn’t work and their voicemail is full. They have no email address. Anyone else have similar issues.
Try clearing the cookies on your browser.
Also try clearing your cache.
I always get to that point. After that is wants my phone number and sends me a code. Then it wants my email and that’s where things go nuts. It always tell me my email is wrong. Then I made a new profile under my husbands phone number. The it wouldn’t take my credit card so I tried another. Nope.
Edited to say cache cleared. No dice
I actually went further and logged in (I have a cc stored on Resy). No issues. And I’ll echo everyone else and say clear your cache. Or DM the restaurant via IG.

Edited to say…. I also emailed them since I found the email address on Instagram. They got bck to me already, apologized and are making a reservation for me.

If you’re using it on a smart phone, try turning it off and on again. Happens with different app for me once in a while.
Just go to a different restaurant then,I’d be too frustrated dealing with what you are.
