I hesitate to start baking during this - too much good stuff to eat and not exercise away!!!

I think the key is to eat smaller meals than full big meals.

Yep - too many smaller meals!

I avoid baking too many cakes. I think baking bread is fine, as mine are not as good as those bought in shops, we eat only when we are really hungry. :rofl:
