I don’t know if the music will appeal at these venues.
Christina’s on the Danforth has live Greek music on Saturdays.
The Emmett Ray is more of a music venue that happens to have good food. The food has been excellent every time I have visited.
Drom Taverna is another music venue with good food. Pan Soviet menu. I have only been for the music but I have heard the food is quite good. I think it the La Palette bistro owner owns it.
La Chuperia on College has a mostly Mexican client base and they have a mariachi band on Saturday nights. I have not tried the food yet.
El Trompo has a mariachi band some weekend nights, especially once the patio is open.
Bar Reyna had jazz in the back patio once it’s patio season Hit or miss food, expensive for what it is.
My friend is a jazz composer and musician, and I’ve seen him perform at The Emmet Ray, and Bar Reyna - that is how I ended up trying the food at both.
Bar Pompette has a limited menu including croque Monsieurs. They used to have jazz on Sunday nights but I’m not sure if that is currently on.

Out of the places I have mentioned, the Emmett Ray is my favourite. Really big whisky selection and nice cocktails. It isn’t fancy. It transports me to a different place.

The Berczy Tavern on the Esplanade is mentioned on Reddit.
I have not been.
Yannick Bigourdan is involved. Probably a good option!
…
I will also mention Bindi’s Burgers at the Monarch. Bindi’s is on the 2nd floor, the live music is usually on the ground floor.
