It does look like an ad, which made me question the use of a specific restaurant logo for a thread link. Since the logo itself is truncated it looks like something went wrong somewhere. Just unsolicited user feedback.

I have no idea why it posted like that! Looking at my Denia thread, it looks as if 'they" just chose one of my photos, of the exterior of EL BARET, to put in the same spot that NAPICOL looms in the Valencia thread. AT least it’s a great restaurant (Napicol!)

Not an ad, the software just features the first photo of the topic.

But I did not take a photo of the name of the restaurant. No worries, its the content that matters, right?

In this case, I think the software just uses the photo in the link in the first post.
