The site decided to lump Iberia (Spain and Portugal) and Italy in a category. I follow Italy avidly and want to see all posts and updates but am not going to be interested at all in abt Iberian topics unless and until I decide to travel there. The way my alerts work though, I get an alert every time there is a new Spanish or Portuguese post or topic. The way I have tried to cope was by setting all these topics, one by one, to “normal” so I don’t have to check my activity pointlessly.
Id really prefer not having to check the activity unless its something Im actually interested in. Is there any other way to address the issue for example through use of the country tags to identify which posts I want to see and which I dont? I realize its a vain hope that HO will carve off Italy into its own category at this point
thats what I do. I am glad for the sake of the board and avid Spanish eaters that Spain is so active, But its annoying to have to continually check my alerts and find they are about topics I need to mute instead of the Italy, NYC or other topics I’m hoping to see.
