Interested in a FL, NOLA or other regional board?

I wonder if we’re heading for one board: “Earth Dining Discussions”.

Hi, I’m interested in a Florida board

Welcome! Where are you in Florida – when you’re there?

PLEASE consider a Florida site…as it is, it is confusing to lump much of the SE under NOLA…

Some of us are destined to spend a few months a year in Florida and there is NO reputable site…

I would think that you might put Florida into one site, SE into another, and maybe NOLA into its own site… I wanted to talk about NC BBQ and took me a long time to understand that that region was grouped under NOLA…

NOLA deserves its own site, as do FLORIDA, and the SE, since that I-95 corridor is traversed by so many here. Where can we discuss the buffets in Fayetteville or Lumberton or Latta if not here?
Not to mention the classics like Skylight and the others that JohnTanner covers so well… At least typing questions and comments could give us exercise for our fingers after those meals!!!

As it is, for BBQ apart from JohnTanner, all we have is Garden and Gun, and NC BBQ trail which I don’t even know is still in existence…

PLEASE!!!

Also, lots of Mexican along the SE US I-95 strip and throughout NC, SC and probably Georgia…

There’s not been a critical mass of posters up till this point.
I believe the idea is is that a broader category is better than a ghost category that gets virtually no posts or posters.

There are true cue lists for SC, GA, KY, and VA and the DC area If you know of places that book exclusively with wood or charcoal — no gas or electric— please send an email to the site. It let me know.

If anyone wants to take charge of another state, holler

thanks, this was all started by the guy behind the bbq jew site?

Dan hasn’t posted anything in years, so some of it is out of date, but the recipes and many posts are hilarious
