Another NEW Record?!

For afternoon snack, I gave this new-found " Instant Vietnamese Pho " product a try. The main-mother package contained an unprecedented record number of **9 ingredients/condiments’ sub-packs

**!!..from the Rice Vermicelli to the Soup Base, vacuum packed Clams-in-the-shell, Squid, Bean Sprouts, dehydrated Scallions, Thai-Basil and Lime plus a pack of Sriracha style chili paste.

All-in-all, fairly tasty. But, as expected with loads of MSG and a touch of unfamiliar/artificial flavoring taste.

For ‘instant noodle’ products, better stick with JAPANESE PRODUCTS for quality and reliability.

Based on a sample of one?

Nope! Based on quite a few comparisons of similar ’ instant noodle ’ products from China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Korea and Japan…etc.
IMO, higher end Japanese and Singapore products tend to taste more natural and authentic.
