@joonjoon I feel like someone said Mauka in Eatontown has a lunch buffet (maybe only on the weekends?) - one more reason we need to get over there!
I checked Mauka’s site - looks like they have a 10-dish THALI for their lunch special, but no price or items listed. #PETPEEVE

$20 lunch buffet on weekends 12-2. It’s not mentioned on their website, but folks mention it on yelp. We’ve been meaning to try it.

Not sure how this was moved, but Eatontown isn’t in or near Edison… (30 miles)
They have a meat or vegetarian option. The proteins have varied a bit. One time we got goat as a choice, the next time, maybe lamb along with chicken? One of the items was a dessert, gulab jamun (one). One item was a small amount of shredded onions and peppers iirc. So it’s not a ton of food but it’s fine for lunch and it was good.
One time we went and got a dosa as a starter that was included; that may have been a weekend thing.

Thanks, but I think that’s thread did list other places in/near Edison… Malka is in Eatontown and there is a Malka thread separate of that one.
