My meatball voyeurism got the best of me and I Googled “giant meatball.” The prep looks like they’re baked in the oven similar to a meatloaf. I’d hit it.
I was thinking the same thing… The article suggested a “steam oven”??
Maybe cook at a low temperature and slowly??
